29 Playing with Stanzas

1. Write 3 poems, each with very different stanza lengths — for instance, one poem could be all one stanza, another poem could have very short stanzas, another a mix. It’s up to you.
2. Have a reason for the different stanza lengths. Don’t let them be arbitrary. Really have a reason that these stanzas need to be the length that they are.
3. Write a reflection about the experience of writing these poems and thinking about stanza lengths. Submit the poems and the reflection.
