6 Less Time

- Write a paragraph describing something that takes less than 1 day to happen.
- Write a paragraph describing something that takes less than 1 hour to happen.
- Write a paragraph about something that takes less than 1 minute to happen.
(With more advanced writers, I prefer to extend this exercise to beyond one paragraph: For instance, Write 1,000 words about something that takes less than 1 minute to happen. The exercise works best when it feels like a real stretch.)
